I absolutely hate the way your team plays.

It's ugly and it's only effective when the referees turn a blind eye to blatant interference.

Good rebound win from that loss against the Panthers, they just kept salting Ward and results followed .

As for Duby and Jenner , I feel like the're starting to turn a corner (based on previous games) and produce again.

Was it ugly and only effective when the referees turn a blind eye to blatant interference for 16 straight games? Get out of here. Can't wait to beat you again this Saturday. Your team needs to learn how to play better on the road. Quit blaming the referees. Try blaming your goalie who allowed 4 goals in the first period and a half of the game.

Ward sucks. There's no denying that. But yes, the refs have been neglecting to call interference properly for the better part of two years now.

What does that have to do with the hockey itself?

Like I give a (frank) who's in the building. I don't even live in the same country.

What you really mean to say is, "I absolutely hate the way my team plays. It's not physical on the puck and it's easily pushed off it in 50/50 battles."

As long as Carolina has the rep of a team that plays a soft game they are always going to get pushed around by teams that have more edge. Complaining about interference when somebody gets nudged is silly. Welcome to hockey. Maybe soccer is more your game?

--------------------

As to the game itself, it was 'meh'. Definitely not our best game, but it was a little bit more what I expect from the team from a 'compete' level. Probably the best combined game from Dubi/Jenner, which is always a good thing to see. Bob was Bob. Harrington didn't play terribly, and I felt like Werenski struggled (the illness might have played a role in that). Ryan Murray continues to be a rock back there imho.
